Hi Joaquin, I really enoyed reading you post. The one that stood out to me the most was the article written about a hold on a debate on whether or not the minimune wage for airport employees should be increased. I peosnally feel that the work you perform as a service should be matched with the amont fo money you make, nothing more and nothing less than what you deserve.
ReplyDeleteHi Joaquin, I found several of the stories you gathered to be very interesting. Specifically, I felt the most two-sided problem is the situation with sunscreen in Key West. On one side, it can be dangerous to be outside for extended periods of time without sunscreen if you are in swimwear, but on the other hand, a serious part of the environment in the area that provides for the local economy is under attack by the same product. In this case, is the health of people or the health of the environment more important? The answer to the question changes likely whether the answer comes from someone local or not.
