Exit Strategy My venture is a mobile fitness service that provides meals and workout plans for any customer in need or short of time to pay expensive fitness centers. The most important thing to take into account is the amount of effort, investment, and customer return I get during the first 5 years of the business. If I don't see any progress being made, I will immediately sell it. If the business takes off and provides a very positive ROI, I will be sure to expand or even franchise the idea to different locations across the nation. No matter where the location or age group, there are always a certain amount of individuals who are focused on health and fitness, therefore, relocating, selling, or simply expanding shouldn't be an issue. Thinking Fast and Slow - Daniel Kahneman  1 - The general book theme is about essentially the 2 systems in our brains that we have a fast intuitive part of our brain that guides our decisions and a slower part that isn't necessarily engaged all the time. The book basically describes how these two interact and creates fallacies and other illusions that will help you think outside of the box 2 - the great thing about this book is that it's very interactive, giving the reader an opportunity to follow along with a set of questions that will help you understand the topic better. 3- The exercise would involve a simple set of questions that create scenarios in the entrepreneurial settings that will most likely create real-life experience choices for students taking this choice. My biggest failure this semester is probably keeping up with the workload between school and a 9-hour work schedule. It's not easy waking up every morning, going straight into my assignments, then working until 6/7 pm then jumping back on my laptop to complete any remaining assignments for another 2 hours. During this time in quarantine, work, college, and home lines have been blurred, so taking the time to relax in between each has become very difficult. The point is, my failure led to a drop in my grades and some missing assignments in this class and others due to the excess workload. The good news is that after numerous weeks of adjustment, I was able to find a better schedule for myself where I am able to set specific deadlines for course assignments in addition to my workload on my job. Overall this has probably been the most difficult semester to date, especially taking a full-time schedule, but putting my mind to it and creating a disciplinary schedule has helped me keep...

Existing Market Step 1 : Next for my venture -  I will continue building on this idea and attempt to open a similar concept, but I am not quite sure about keeping this as a mobile concept. Short term, this seems like a great idea, but long-term, I would either have to build the business with more trainers or open up a center. Otherwise, I would also like to get involved in a separate idea of tackling misinformation in this day and age - so something relating to the political field and media is a secondary route I may want to take.
